Session Overview
Nanny Breezy offers in-person wellness sessions for individuals, groups, and families. These sessions are designed to support reflection, personal growth, and emotional well-being through guided conversation, tools, and intentional practices.

Deposit & Booking
A deposit is required to secure your in-person session. This deposit confirms your booking and allows our team to begin preparing a customized experience.

Final session details, including format, location, and timing, will be coordinated after purchase.

Travel and additional disbursements are not included in the deposit and will be quoted separately based on session requirements.

Scope of Service
In-person sessions are guided wellness experiences and are not therapy, counselling, or medical services. Nanny Breezy does not provide clinical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. For medical or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed professional.

Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, the following are not permitted:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Sexual, explicit, or inappropriate conduct
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

Nanny Breezy reserves the right to end or refuse any session if these boundaries are not respected. Deposits are non-refundable in such cases.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible. Any rescheduling or make-good sessions are not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of Nanny Breezy, taking into account availability, planning time, and any costs already incurred.

Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as private and confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited where required by law or in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.

Logistics & Environment
For sessions taking place in a client-provided space (home, office, or other location), Nanny Breezy will confirm in advance that the environment is safe, appropriate, and conducive to the experience.

Nanny Breezy may also source and coordinate a suitable venue for the session where required.

Any specific requirements or considerations must be communicated in advance.
